Cancellations and refunds

All cancellation policies can be subject to change.

The cancellation policies bound to individual services or products will be described in detailed in the service/product description.

As a general guideline, here are cancellation policies for services/products, if otherwise not detailed in the individual product/service description:

 

All 1:1 sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 5 days in advance.

If cancelled within 5 days, 50% of the price will be due.

We will not give a refund if you do not show up for the session.

 

All bookings for in-person workshops must be cancelled at least 14 days in advance.

If cancelled within 14 days, the full price of the workshop is due.

We will not give a refund if you do not show up for the workshop.

 

All online courses lasting several weeks have a 14-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the online course within these 14 days, you will receive a refund of the purchase price paid.

After this time (14 days) has expired, the full purchase price of the online course is due.

We will not give a refund if you do not take part in the online course.

 

All online day seminars - webinars must be cancelled at least 2 days in advance.

If cancelled within 2 days, the full price of the day seminar - webinar is due.

We do not give refunds if you do not show up for the online day seminars - webinars.

 

The community can be joined monthly or annually.

There are no return rights for monthly membership. You can leave the community at the end of each month.

We do not give refunds if you do not join the community.

Annual membership comes with a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the community during these 30 days, you will receive a refund of the purchase price paid.

After this period (30 days) the entire annual purchase price of the community is due.

We do not give refunds if you do not join the community.

 

Cancellation may incur a small processing and administration fee related to the payment provider and depending on the payment service you used to make the purchase.

It can be between 2 and 5% of the purchase price.
